We have a well-qualified,experienced & equipped design team with more than 12 Engineers. We use the following software for Die design & development.

Deform simulation software (for forging process Simulation).
Creo Software - 3D modelling.
Tool Path Generation (Manufacturing).
In-house Dies/Tooling manufacturing through a state-of-the-art Die Shop,consisting of CNS HASS Machines VF2,VF3,VF4,BFW & Makino Machines.
Machining setup includes,Fracture connecting rod line, hub Machining with VMC's,CNC's and SPM Machines.
